Session 8: Controlling Your Finances
Session
8 of the Entrepreneurship Series focuses on developing skills that lead to
accurate accounting and indisputable records (Romans 14:12). We learn basic
bookkeeping skills related to the cash book, buying and selling on credit, and
profit and loss. Based on what we learned from Scripture, we develop a
perspective that accepts money as a tool and rejects it as a master.
Ultimately, we develop best practices for using this tool that lead to income
generation. The result is a biblical understanding of how God carefully
accounts for everything and the ways in which our income can and should be used
for kingdom purposes.
